Payment and Refund Policy
At Unseen Strategy, every offering carries the full weight of the work behind it. The words on a page, the architecture of a concept, the hours given to a single idea. When a purchase is completed, value has already changed hands. For that reason, the terms below govern how payments are treated across everything we offer.
01. The Inner Advantage — Pre-Order
The book is available for pre-order through our secure payment processor, Stripe. A pre-order is a commitment made in advance of release. At the time of purchase the book has not yet shipped, and the funds reserve your copy and support the work moving toward launch.
When the release date is set, every person who pre-ordered receives notice by email, and the digital edition is delivered to the email address provided at checkout on the day of release.
A pre-order may be cancelled for a full refund at any point before the book is released. Once the digital edition has been delivered, the purchase is complete and final. To cancel a pre-order before release, write to the address below and the refund is issued to the original method of payment.
02. Digital Products and Downloads
Any digital product sold through this site, including the book once released and any downloadable material, is final upon delivery.
Delivery is deemed complete when the download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Accessing the file using a working device and internet connection is the responsibility of the buyer. Where a link expires before use or fails to function, write to us and we will reissue it.
Claims of non-delivery must be raised within fourteen days of the purchase date for a pre-order, or within fourteen days of the release date for a copy bought after launch.
03. Licence and Use
The digital edition is licensed for personal use. The buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and retain the file for their own use.
Redistribution, resale, sharing, or reproduction of the file in whole or in part, by any means, is prohibited without prior written consent from Unseen Strategy Concept Development Inc.
04. Disputed Charges
If a charge raises a question, contact us first. Most concerns are settled within a single email, and far faster than any dispute filed through a bank or card provider.
In the event of a chargeback on a completed and delivered digital purchase, or on a pre-order while the cancellation window remains open and unused, Unseen Strategy Concept Development Inc. will submit to the card network a complete record of the transaction, the terms accepted at checkout, confirmation of delivery, and this policy.
05. Advisory and Engagement Services
Our sessions, diagnostics, programs, and build engagements are arranged individually. Deposits, retainers, schedules, and the terms that govern cancellation and payment are defined in the written agreement signed at the start of each engagement.
That agreement governs the working relationship in full, and nothing on this page alters or overrides it.
